Chatbot functionality

  • Automatic detection of the language of communication (Russian, Kazakh, English) and conducting a dialogue in the selected language
  • Answers to questions on structured data using integration with corporate systems
  • Answers to questions on your knowledge base using advanced RAG technology
  • Reasoning in answers. Even if your knowledge base does not contain a direct answer to the user's question, the bot can follow a chain of reasoning to arrive at the correct answer
  • Considering the context of the conversation during the dialogue
  • Clarifying questions: if the bot does not understand the meaning of the user's question, it asks a clarifying question
  • Action requests (intents). The bot recognizes the user's intentions to perform certain actions, determines the parameters of the action, and makes clarifications if necessary. After confirmation/authorization, it transmits commands to the internal systems of the Organization. The set of possible actions is configured in the EKG Platform interface
  • Determining the user's mood (sentiment). If the user is nervous, the bot offers to switch to an operator
  • Integration with your corporate website or internal portal, publishing the bot in Telegram or WhatsApp
  • Voice processing. The user can make their own replies in the form of voice messages
  • Dialogue monitoring tools via the EKG Platform interface
